Nottingham Forest have been linked with an audacious transfer swoop for Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga.
The 20-year-old sensation has already made 20 appearances across all competitions for Real Madrid this season and is considered one of the best young midfielders in the world. He is heading to the World Cup with France this week and will be looking to show his talent on the world stage.
According to Twitter account Fútbol Total, which has over 16,000 Twitter followers, Forest "would be interested" in signing the star on loan in the January transfer window.

They report: "Nottingham Forest would be interested in obtaining the loan of Eduardo Camavinga in the winter market. The English club would pay an amount to Real Madrid, in addition to paying the player's full salary."
The transfer link is a surprising one and, on the face of it, looks highly unlikely. Camavinga reportedly earns £128,000 a week, which it is claimed Forest would pay in full if he were to join on loan. There is no obvious reason he would leave Real Madrid, whether it be on loan or otherwise.
What's more, Forest are signing Palmeiras midfielder Gustavo Scarpa, who is due to join in the new year upon the expiry of his contract in Brazil. He is an attacking midfield player, meaning there will almost certainly be no room for Camavinga in the middle of the park at the City Ground.
