Nottingham Forest have sent a one-word response after Wales were knocked out of the 2022 Qatar World Cup by England.

Forest trio Wayne Hennessey, Neco Williams and Brennan Johnson all saw minutes for Rob Page's side but failed to make a lasting impact on the tournament as they bowed out in the group stage of the tournament.

Gareth Bale's penalty against the United States in their opening clash proved to be their only goal across their three games in Qatar. That 1-1 draw was followed by a dramatic last-gasp 2-0 defeat to Iran and a 3-0 loss to England on Tuesday night.
