Nottingham Forest have reportedly held talks with Bayern Munich over a move for English left-back Omar Richards.
Richards is available for around €10million (£8.5m) this summer, just a year after joining Bayern from Championship club Reading. The left-sided player featured 12 times in the Bundesliga last season as Bayern won yet another league title.
Richards, who also played four times in the Champions League for Bayern, earned his move to Germany following two impressive years in the Championship with Reading. The 24-year-old appeared 92 times in the second tier for the Royals, including 41 games during the 2020/21 campaign.

The London-born defender joined Bayern on a free transfer last year, but he now looks set to move on. Richards has represented England at youth level and earned one cap for the under-21s in 2019.
The Telegraph claim Forest are among those interested in Richards, with Steve Cooper facing competition from French club Lyon. Forest need a new left-back after Max Lowe returned to Sheffield United following the end of his loan spell.
