Nottingham Forest have reportedly kept Santos youngster Angelo on the radar despite seeing bids turned down earlier this year.
Forest offered €1million for his services on loan in January which included an obligatory €18m transfer fee if Steve Cooper's side stayed in the Premier League. Angelo caught the eye in the Copa Libertadores as he became the youngest player to feature in the competition at just 16 years of age.
He was also subject of a £17m bid from Newcastle United, but that was also knocked back by Santos. It is claimed that Forest's initial interest in the player has "cooled down," according to Brazilian outlet Lance.

However, they haven't "totally closed the doors" over a potential transfer for the forward and have kept him "on the radar." Santos on the other hand, are in a delicate financial situation may consider a big summer move to fund some cash.
The report adds that Angelo has been having a mixed season, he has started just five of the 10 opening games for Santos. The 18-year-old had previous interest from Flamengo earlier this year, but opted to stay in the Sao Paulo-based side despite Santos apparently accepting the proposal.
It is claimed that the reason for him to deny a move was due to "anticipating a move to Europe" this summer.
