Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi has returned to training as he steps up his recovery to full fitness.
The 25-year-old has been sidelined since the start of the year after sustaining the groin problem in the 1-0 win over Southampton. Awoniyi who scored the winner, was forced off with 20 minutes from time.
Reds boss Steve Cooper said of Awoniyi's progress earlier this month: "Taiwo Awoniyi is progressing well, he works on the grass and comes back running. He’s not with the team yet and isn’t kicking any balls but he’s making progress which is good for him."

Awoniyi's injury has kept him out action for 13 matches thus far, but he appears to be nearing a return after posting a photo of himself back on the training pitch on Friday. Several players took to training at the Nigel Doughty Academy this week, with preparations continuing ahead of Wolves' visit to the City Ground next weekend. It is not clear to what extent he was involved in the session.
Elsewhere, Brennan Johnson has been withdrawn from Wales' team due to a groin injury while Serge Aurier was forced off in Ivory Coast's 3-1 win over Comoros. The extent of the pair's injury is unclear at this stage.
