Nottingham Forest supporters are warning their fellow fans at Derby County about the style of play that the club's prospective new permanent manager Paul Warne prefers to play and its suitability outside of League One.
The Rams are understood to have seen current interim boss Liam Rosenior step back from taking charge of the first team and have reportedly 'agreed' a deal with Rotherham United to bring in Warne as the permanent successor to Wayne Rooney, who resigned days before pre-season began this summer. With the Millers, Warne has won promotion three times and currently has his side sitting eighth in the Championship table on the cusp of the play-off places.
Forest fans are warning that a 'direct' style of play would be in store for supporters at Pride Park. Here is a selection of the social media reaction to the latest developments at Derby.

Phil Randall: An interesting character heading to East Midlands football; which is a good thing! Should be entertaining!
Mike: DCFC binning off their interim manager after just 9 games… but I thought it was the League One tour?
Brummie Tricky: So, Wayne Rooney was given the freedom of DCFC after a 28% win rate, then left when he realised he was given a % of the club. Liam Rosenior was sacked with a 59% win rate.
Rocky2Red: Good appointment to be fair to them.
Steve Brown: He plays a lovely brand of football...
bosstrade: Solid appointment to get you out of that league. After that.....
Andy Cameron: He has done well at Rotherham but Derby fans are not going to enjoy the style. It is very, very direct.
