Head coach Steve Cooper has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Tottenham Hotspur in this evening’s Carabao Cup tie.
The Reds have two more games to play before the season takes a break for the World Cup, starting with tonight’s clash. And they will no doubt be hoping to take some momentum from it into the weekend’s meeting with Crystal Palace.
Forest go into the match on the back of Saturday’s dramatic 2-2 draw against Brentford. Despite being dominated by VAR controversy, that game also saw Morgan Gibbs-White net his first goal for the club since his big-money summer move.

Cooper makes nine changes to the team which started against the Bees. Ryan Yates and Serge Aurier are the only survivors from the weekend’s starting XI.
Wayne Hennessey makes his second appearance for the club, replacing Dean Henderson between the posts. Renan Lodi comes in at left-back, with Aurier on the right, while Joe Worrall and Willy Boly will be the centre-back pairing.
In midfield, Yates will be joined by Lewis O’Brien and Orel Mangala. And it is a new-look attack, with Jesse Lingard set to take up the no.10 role, supporting forwards Taiwo Awoniyi and Sam Surridge.
The bench will be made up of Henderson, Steve Cook, Loic Mbe Soh, Neco Williams, Morgan Gibbs-White, Brennan Johnson, Remo Freuler and Emmanuel Dennis. Jack Colback completes the list of substitutes, having recently been struggling with a back problem.
Forest: Hennessey; Aurier, Worrall, Boly, Lodi; Yates, Mangala, O’Brien; Lingard; Awoniyi, Surridge. Subs: Henderson, Cook, Mbe Soh, Williams, Colback, Gibbs-White, Johnson, Freuler, Dennis.
