Head coach Steve Cooper has named his Nottingham Forest side to face Manchester City in tonight’s clash.
The Reds take on the reigning Premier League champions amid a positive start to life back in the top-flight. They have picked up four points from their first four games and put in a good performance against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, despite losing 2-0 at the City Ground.
Since then, Forest have brought in Renan Lodi, taking their number of summer signings up to 18 so far. The left-back put pen to paper on a season-long loan from Atletico Madrid on Monday.

And he comes straight into the starting line-up at the Etihad Stadium, with Cheikhou Kouyate also handed his first league start for the club. Cooper rings the changes to the team which started against Spurs.
Kouyate replaces Steve Cook in defence, being set to line up alongside Joe Worrall and Scott McKenna, ahead of goalkeeper Dean Henderson. Lodi will take up the left wing-back spot in place of Harry Toffolo, with Neco Williams on the right.
Cooper looks to have packed his midfield, with Ryan Yates, Remo Freuler and Lewis O’Brien in the XI. Brennan Johnson and Morgan Gibbs-White make up the attack. Making up the list of substitutes are Wayne Hennessey, Giulian Biancone, Cook, Jack Colback, Taiwo Awoniyi, Jesse Lingard, Toffolo, Sam Surridge and Emmanuel Dennis.
Forest: Henderson, Worrall, Kouyate, McKenna, Williams, Yates, Freuler, O’Brien, Lodi, Gibbs-White, Johnson. Subs: Hennessey, Biancone, Cook, Colback, Awoniyi, Lingard, Toffolo, Surridge, Dennis.
