A notorious rapist who abused his sister and seven daughters has died in prison.

The Star has learned that depraved beast James O’Reilly, 77, who was jailed for 20 years in 2020, died in the Midlands Prison on Monday - as one of his daughter’s reacted by saying he should “rot in hell.”

Sources say O’Reilly, who is originally from Thurles, Co Tipperary and was convicted of a shocking 58 counts of rape, died after a long illness.
