Rap star A$AP Rocky was set to perform as the support act for the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Old Trafford on Wednesday night ... but ended up doing his 20-minute set AFTER the main act 'due to unforeseen circumstances'.
Thousands of fans piled into the packed-out venue on Wednesday evening (June 22), with many arriving early as there were set to be two acts opening the night. The stage was first graced with a performance from Grammy Award winning rapper Thundercat and was then set to be followed by a performance from A$AP Rocky.
But, in a turn of events, the Praise The Lord star didn't perform his 20-minute set until after the Red Hot Chili Peppers had been on, leaving many confused, as others were beginning to make their way out of the stadium.

Many joked on twitter that Rocky, who was rocking out in illuminous orange attire, had 'just finished work on the M60'. Many others took to social media site Twitter afterwards to share their confusion.
Digital screens around the stadium alerted the 50,000 strong crowd that the rapper would be performing his hits after the show, rather than before due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. Rocky had originally been set to perform for 45 minutes, between 7pm and 7.45pm, but did a shorter performance lasting around 20 minutes.
The signs read: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, A$AP Rocky will now play immediately after the Red Hot Chili Peppers." One fan Tweeted: "A$AP Rocky has made an appearance, not sure if we should call him Late Rocky or? Also looks like he’s just finished work on the M60."
Another said: "A$AP Rocky turned up late as support for Red Hot Chili Peppers so they announced he was on after Chili Peppers instead. Of course every f***r is leaving because 90% of the people here are bald dads. ASAP Rocky more like Late Rocky am I right lads?"
And another confused fan added: "Been going to gigs for 30 odd years and never seen anything like it. Many disappointed fans. Bizarre end to the night."
