Northern Minnesota experiment attracted some fishers — and other critters, too

DULUTH, Minn. — For the past three years scientists at University of Minnesota Duluth's Natural Resources Research Institute have been building houses for Minnesota's largest member of the weasel family, then attaching them to trees across Northland forests.
