The Met Office has issued a weather warning which will hit regions across the UK, including most of Northern Ireland.
A yellow warning is in place from 1pm on Monday, May 16, and will stay as an alert until around 10pm.
Scattered thunderstorms will develop on Monday afternoon bringing "some disruption to travel in places", it's been warned.

What to expect
- There is a good chance driving conditions will be affected by spray, standing water and/or hail, leading to longer journey times by car and bus;
- Delays to train services are possible;
- Some short term loss of power and other services is likely;
- A chance of some flooding of homes and businesses or some damage to a few buildings or structures from lightning strikes.
The warning comes after a weekend of soaring temperatures across the region, with highs of 18C recorded in some areas on Saturday and Sunday.
Northern Ireland's weather will continue to be unsettled through Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with bands of occasionally heavy rain or showers spreading northeast, but also some dry, bright periods in between. It will also breezy at times.
