Northern Ireland secretary Chris Heaton-Harris has said he will set out the next steps for dealing with the powersharing vacuum here in due course.
Mr Heaton-Harris' comments follow meetings with the Stormont parties in Belfast earlier today, amid continuing uncertainty over when or if he will trigger an Assembly election.
The Secretary of State failed to set a date for a snap poll last Friday, despite saying he would do so the minute the deadline for restoring Stormont passed.
