Northern Arc Capital jumps 10% after Rs 335-crore block deal. Should you buy?

Shares of Northern Arc Capital surged 10% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday after 1.21 crore shares changed hands in a large block deal during its morning session.

The stock was trading at Rs 314.95, up Rs 29.20 or 10.22%, as of 12:44 pm. It opened at Rs 301.30, compared with its previous close of Rs 285.75, and climbed as much as 10.2% to an intraday high of Rs 315.
