North Melbourne's Griffin Logue and Carlton's Blake Acres will front the AFL tribunal to challenge their one-match suspensions in a bid to feature in their Good Friday match.
Both players were suspended for rough conduct for high bumps graded by the match review officer as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
Logue was running towards a loose ball with Hawthorn's Will Day in Launceston on Saturday when he braced, lifted a leg and crashed into his opponent.
With Ben McKay (foot) still injured, the Kangaroos will be desperate for key defender Logue to be available to handle either Harry McKay or Charlie Curnow.
Meanwhile Acres has provided important run and experience for the Blues in the opening three games.
The winger and GWS forward Brent Daniels had scrapped over a contested ball that fell free at Giants Stadium on Saturday, with Daniels following up and getting a kick away as Acres bumped him high.
Adelaide accepted Luke Pedlar's one-match ban with the forward to miss Saturday's clash with Fremantle.
Pedlar was cited for his sling tackle on Port Adelaide's Dan Houston during Saturday night's Showdown at Adelaide Oval.
