North London landlord fined £19,000 after putting five people in a home without a license

London Haringey Council

A rogue landlord has been fined nearly £20,000 for renting out a north London home to five people without the correct license.

Haringey Council found that a home in Duckett’s Green, near Turnpike Lane Tube station, had been rented out by room and had not been signed up to the council’s scheme.
