North East 'super-mam' explains her secret to getting kids to sleep for 12 hours every night

A North East mam and sleep coach has shared her top tips for getting children to sleep through the night.

Sophie Middleton, otherwise known as The Night Night Nanny, has been helping families to nod off since she discovered how much of a problem getting enough sleep can be for those with young children when she was working as a nanny. The mam-of-two from Darlington shares her wisdom with others after having mastered the art of getting her own two kids to sleep through the night.

According to Sophie, her daughters have both slept for a full 12 hours a night since they were just 10 weeks and 14 weeks old. Apart from night feeds and the occasional early morning which she can apparently "count on one hand", Sophie has a fool-proof system for making sure the whole family get plenty of rest, TeessideLive reports.
