Based in Cramlington, NECS has seen its presence grow from one branch to six nationwide, with other offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh and London.
NECS’s growth has been driven by the surge in companies seeking to outsource cleaning services due to the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in client wins across the office, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, education and retail sectors.
In 2019 the company also launched an app to make daily tasks and processes more automated and efficient.
Providing real time alerts, the app enables the company to respond promptly to its customers’ needs, helping avoid any disruption to their daily operations.
NECS has also developed its own range of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Gary Breach, managing director at NECS, said: “The past 15 years has been quite a journey with some very notable milestones that I’m very proud, of including NECS achieving a national company status.
“2022 has started strongly for us and we believe it will be our most successful year yet.
“We continue to see a surge in demand for professional cleaning services and plan on growing our turnover by 50% through our current customers as well as new contracts.
“In addition, we aim to grow our cleaning team by 100 people to ensure we continue to provide the best cleaning solutions for our customers’ businesses, saving them time and money.”
