An award-winning hospitality venue in North Cornwall has been put up for sale for over £3m.
Bay View Inn, overlooking Widemouth Bay provides six-bedrooms and a restaurant, in addition to a surf bar and beach hut, which seats between 30-50 people, and elevated terrace. The site, which is on the market for £3.3m has been owned by Lindsay and Graham Soulsby and Stuart Shaw since 2017.
The trio purchased the property to fulfil their ambition of living and working in their favourite holiday destination along the North Cornwall coast. Throughout their five-year tenure they have undertaken an extensive programme of renovation and enlargement of the original structure, letting rooms and guest facilities.
