A new airline operating flights between the US and Norway has brought in a Nottingham agency to help with its marketing.
Norse Atlantic has selected digital agency Impression to deliver its international marketing strategy after a competitive two-stage pitch process.
Norse Atlantic is a new low-cost airline operating out of Norway which runs flights between Oslo and Miami, New York, LA and Orlando.
The pitch process ran in January and February with Norse inviting agencies from across Europe and the US to put forward proposals to boost its position in a “crowded and competitive market”.
Impression, which also has an office in London, will supply services spanning paid media, digital strategy, search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation.
Adrian Keating, VP sales marketing and distribution at Norse Atlantic Airways, said: “We are very pleased to be working with Impression on our international marketing strategy.
“As a new airline in the aviation sector, it is vital that we stand out from the crowd and ensure that our message of affordable fares to exciting long haul destinations has maximum audience reach and impact.”
Mikey Emery, commercial director at Impression, said: “We’re delighted to have been selected as the strategic agency partner for an ambitious start-up airline.
“As an agency that continually looks to use business as a force for good, we welcome the opportunity to work with brands whose values align with our own.
“We’re really looking forward to achieving great things together.”
