Noel Gallagher and his wife Sara Macdonald are to be divorced after 22 years together.
A spokesperson for the Oasis star confirmed the news late on Friday night.
It read: “A spokesperson on behalf of Noel Gallagher and Sara Macdonald has confirmed that the couple are to divorce.
"Noel and Sara will together continue to look after their children who remain their priority.
"Noel and Sara ask the media to respect their privacy and that of our family at this time.”
It comes as Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are readying to play a special homecoming concert at Wythenshawe Park this year.
The gig will mark the band's first headline show since 2019 and the first major concert hosted at the park.
