The Nobel Prize in Physics 2026 has been awarded to Francis Halzen for “decisive contributions to the IceCube Neutrino Observatory and the discovery of high-energy neutrinos of astrophysical origin," the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced on Tuesday.
