Can I get free shipping at No7?
Yes, No7 has free standard delivery on purchases of over £35. If your order is less, this costs £3.95. Need your order the next day? You can get free next-day delivery on orders of over £45, which usually costs £4.95.
How can I get a first order discount at No7?
Sign up for the No7 email newsletter to get 20% off your first purchase. Simply add your email address, and you’ll immediately be sent your welcome discount code.
What offers this week are there at No7?
You can check the ‘Offers’ page on the No7 website for the latest offers this week, as these change regularly. We’ll also post the latest offers on this page, too. You can expect percentage discounts, bundle savings, and free product promotions.
Can I return a No7 product for free?
Yes, No7 has free returns on all its items. You’ll have 14 days to make a return. Your purchase will need to be unopened and unused for a refund.

Declining discounts: Save on your next beauty purchase with strong ‘declining discounts’ at No7. One of the most unmissable sales in the No7 calendar are the declining discount promotions—these happen rarely. Currently, we’re seeing one this February. The discount starts at 20% and gradually declines until 40% off on selected products. We’ve even spotted the trending Future Renew and Lift & Luminate ranges on offer.
NHS discount: NHS staff and healthcare workers can get 22% off selected products at No7. You’ll need to log into GoCertify to confirm your place of work. It’s worth noting this discount cannot be applied retrospectively to a purchase, so be sure to add it at the checkout!
Student discount: Students can also save 22% off selected No7 products. Simply log into your Totum or GoCertify account to verify you’re a student. Students can sometimes get selected promotions too. We’ve previously seen a free No7 Good Intent Soothing Pads product if you spend £35 on your purchase.
Referral credit: Refer your friend to No7 and they’ll get £10 off their first purchase online. You’ll need to log into your account to send your friend your unique referral code. Once they’ve placed a successful order, you’ll also be sent £10 credit to your account. It’s worth noting your friend will need to spend a minimum total of £20 for this discount.
