Fabian Schar insists there is no panic at Newcastle United after a run of five matches without a Premier League victory.
Schar's blockbuster at the Leazes End on the opening day of the season set up a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest a month ago but United have yet to win since. Yet Schar is confident that the points will soon start to mount up at St James' Park.
Newcastle are awaiting a call from the Premier League to see if this weekend's game at home to AFC Bournemouth goes ahead. Reflecting on performances, Schar told Chronicle Live: "In the performances, I think we have performed at a high level in the first six games. Obviously, when you look at the points, I think you want a little bit more.
