NEW DELHI: Former India batter Gautam Gambhir isn't the one to stay quiet if provoked. Known for his aggressive batting, Gambhir's response in a heated moment is of an equally attacking nature. Recently, in a podcast, Gambhir spoke about his verbal altercation with Virat Kohli during the IPL 2023 match between the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
The confrontation began with a fiery exchange between Virat and LSG pacer Naveen Ul Haq. At the conclusion of the match, Gambhir, who was the then mentor of LSG, stepped onto the field and engaged in another round of verbal sparring with Kohli.
