NEW DELHI: The business of Parliament’s monsoon session suffered for the third consecutive day over the protest by the Congress-led opposition against inflation and the recent levy of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on certain items. A war of words has ensued between the BJP and the principal opposition Congress party over the twin issues.
The opposition led by the Congress has been protesting against inflation and GST from the first day of the monsoon session of Parliament on July 18.
