'No evidence' federal MP assaulted administrator

Prosecutors have no witnesses or security camera footage to show federal Labor MP Luke Gosling assaulted a territory administrator at a festive event, his lawyer says.

Marty Aust SC told the Darwin Local Court on Wednesday he would be writing to prosecutors to say they had insufficient evidence against his client.
