The controversy began after an X account called Project Constitution alleged that Erika Kirk was romantically involved with Blake Wynn and had been seen with him at a Beverly Hills hotel. The post quickly gained attention online. It claimed that eyewitnesses saw Erika Kirk and Blake Wynn showing affection at a hotel bar on May 14. The account also suggested that the relationship may have started before Charlie Kirk’s death.
However, both Erika Kirk and Blake Wynn publicly denied the allegations. Matt Walsh also stepped in, calling the claims false and accusing the account of targeting Kirk for months. His reaction added another layer to an online dispute that has continued to attract attention across social media platforms.
