No criminality has been established following a gas explosion within a house in Falkirk earlier this year.
A major prob was launched after the blast on Broomage Crescent in Larbert, on Saturday February 26, which left a man injured.
Dad-of-two Darren Graham had to be rescued from the property by firefighters.
He was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary with severe burns and medics described his condition as stable.
In March, Police Scotland told Falkirk Live that they had submitted a report to the Procurator Fiscal, and it's understood they've found "no criminality".
The Health and Safety Executive also say that their investigation has now come to an end and "no further action will be taken".
In a statement a spokesperson said: "HSE aren't investigating the incident further."
