A rental deposit dispute has sparked discussion after an account shared online described an unusual way a tenant allegedly responded to losing money. According to the post, the Gen Z tenant was denied a deposit refund after moving out of a rental property.

Instead of continuing the dispute, he allegedly created and distributed flyers advertising rooms at the property.
