I've been tracking Nintendo Switch prices during sales events for about five years now and, to be honest, it's usually a joyless experience. The most I've seen shaved off the price during these events is around $30. But everything has changed already this year, Walmart currently has the Nintendo Switch OLED in white for just $290.05. Read that again. It has only ever been lower than this twice (that we've seen), never at a mainstream retailer and only by $1. Plus you get the Mightyskins custom console and voucher bundle, too.
I think it's because a new console is rumoured to be out next year, but this is still way cheaper than I imagined (see our Nintendo Switch OLED prices post for context).
In the UK? There's a great deal for you, too! Not quite a lowest price ever scenario but only £15 above that, it's down from £299 to £279 at Amazon. It could well fall lower though in this instance (unfortunately it's not an official Black Friday deal, so won't fall under Amazon's price guarantee.
This is Walmart's actual Black Friday sale so I can't imagine they'll drop the price much further than this (though now the barr is set this low, there could be similar deals on the horizon).
