Okay, for strategy games like Civilization or for shooters like Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, I can kind of get behind the idea of the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con mouse controls. However, the Nintendo Switch 2, like the original Switch, feels designed with a very minimalist approach in mind, and the mouse controls not only look awkward to use but seem like they would be worse than just using the buttons.
As spotted by X account @Genki_JPN, Nintendo has recently put out a video showing how to use the Nintendo Switch 2's built-in mouse controls on the Home menu.
