Can I get free delivery from Ninja Kitchen?
Ninja Kitchen offers free delivery on orders across mainland UK, though there is a list of postcodes on the Ninja website that details the addresses that can’t currently take advantage of next day delivery, but will still have access to delivery without a fee. Once you’ve placed your order with Ninja, you’ll receive a one hour time slot, so that you’re not waiting around in the house all day.
Can I click & collect my Ninja Kitchen order?
Life can get busy, and not being in for a delivery can lead to further delays. If you’d prefer to pick up your Ninja Kitchen order from a pick-up point, thankfully this is possible with the help of DPD. Once you’ve placed your order, you can divert your delivery to your home by going onto the DPD website, entering your tracking details, and sending your order to the nearest DPD pick up point instead. You can then visit the pick up point at a time that suits you, without worrying about missing your new appliance coming to your door. Bear in mind that choosing to divert your order to a nearby DPD pick up point might delay you accessing your Ninja Kitchen purchase by up to 24 hours, to allow for processing.
Does Ninja Kitchen products have a warranty?
It can be expensive to splash out on a new kitchen appliance, which is why it’s great news that all Ninja Kitchen products carry a 12 month warranty. If you purchased your Ninja Kitchen product through the Ninja website, your warranty will be automatically registered, meaning there’s nothing more for you to do. If you purchase through a third party, simple visit the Ninja website to register your guarantee. Under the warranty, you have access to a free parts and labour guarantee.
Are Ninja Kitchen returns free?
If, for any reason, you need to return your Ninja Kitchen purchase, then you can request a free returns label from the brand on their website. To get access to this label, visit the Ninja Kitchen website, log in, and press ‘return’ on the chosen order. You’ll then be sent a link via your emails with your returns label that you can put onto your box to send back. Ninja Kitchen returns are processed through DPD, so all you need to do is find your nearest DPD drop off point with your packaged return. If you’re not able to return your unit via DPD, you can request an at-home collection. This comes with a fee of £15.00.
