Nikola Jokić capped off his historic NBA playoffs run by leading the Nuggets to a 94–89 victory over the Heat in Game 5 to give the franchise its first-ever NBA title.
Following the game he shared a classy moment with Miami and then had fun celebrating with his adorable daughter, family and teammates.
The NBA Finals MVP has said a few times that he can’t wait to go home to Serbia once the season is over and he found out some bad news after the win: His trip home is going to be delayed a little bit because the championship parade isn’t until Thursday.
