NEW DELHI: Star boxer Nikhat Zareen, Nitu Ghanghas and Manisha Moun continued dominating their run with one-sided victories as the trio entered the Women’s World Boxing Championships quarters at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in the national capital on Tuesday.
While defending champion Nikhat brushed aside Mexican pugilist Patricia Alvarez Herrera 5-0 for her third win, Nitu (48kg) and Manisha (57kg) recorded RSC (referee stops contest) wins to romp into the last-eight of the tournament in their respective weight categories.
