Nightmare neighbour who terrorised street is out of prison and WORSE, residents claim

A millionaire who was jailed for refusing to take down his man cave is still driving his neighbours mad, it has been reported.

Wealthy accountant Graham Wildin, 69, was locked up for six weeks in August after failing to comply with a court order issued in June 2021.

His sentence came as a result of installing a bowling alley, cinema, casino, and bar in the plush extension of his home eight years ago without planning permission.

Neighbours have also been previously outraged at not being able to park their cars in the street claiming his collection of classic motors blocks the road.

And now they claim he is at it again.

Residents alleged that Mr Wildin uses CCTV cameras to spot the moment a neighbour drives off so he can quickly move on his vehicles into the empty space.

One local, who asked not to be named for fear of reprisals, told The Sun Online: “He literally watches people all the time.

He added: "It was pretty bad before he went to prison but since he has come out, it’s just got worse. We thought maybe a taste of jail might make him see sense.

He continued: "But he has obviously been sat in there thinking ‘how can I get at these neighbours even more?’"

And a neighbour said she now has to “think twice” about getting in her car over fears of not having anywhere to park when she gets back.

Furious neighbours also previously claimed the 12-bed house, Paradise, which is owned by his family company, is being rented out to large parties.

They said it's bringing extra holiday traffic onto the already congested residential road clogged with classic cars.

The millionaire was initially given until the end of April 2020 to remove the 10,000sq/ft complex.

It was then that Mr Wildin told the court that an injunction would ruin him - stating that demolishing the man cave would cost him £720,000.

Last year, the Court of Appeal rejected his bid to quash a suspended prison sentence given for not removing the structure.

The court also set a deadline of March 10, 2022 to demolish it or warned him he would be jailed.

The Mirror contacted his accountancy firm Wildin & Co for comment.
