NIFL confirms return of Charity Shield in partnership with White Ribbon NI

NIFL NI Linfield Crusaders Football Irish Cup NI Football League

The NI Football League has confirmed the return of the Charity Shield in partnership with White Ribbon NI.

The game between Danske Bank Premiership champions Linfield and Irish Cup winners Crusaders will be played on Saturday August 6.

It is the first time the season curtain raiser, which is back thanks to NIFL's link-up with official charity partner White Ribbon NI, has been played since 2017 when Linfield beat Coleraine 3-1 at the Oval.
