Nicole Scherzinger and Thom Evans have split after three years together.
The Pussycat Dolls singer has reportedly called time on her relationship with Scots rugby star after the pair met on the Celebrity version of the X Factor in 2019. The couple frequently posted loved-up snaps on their social media pages as they travelled the world together.
Former Glasgow Warriors player Thom, 37, is reportedly 'distraught' after splitting from Nicole, 44. Thom, who lived in previously lived in London, sold his flat so he could enjoy globetrotting with Nicole but has since moved back to the UK following the split, a source claimed.
An onlooker told The Sun: "Thom looked distraught - he was saying things had gone wrong and now he’s back in the UK for the foreseeable, while Nicole lives in Los Angeles.
"They’ve had the most amazing relationship, and they’ve plastered it all over the internet for all to see – if anything a lot of people thought they were pretty smug about it to be honest, so there might be a bit of humble pie here."
The couple were last spotted together at New Years Eve, as the seemingly smitten couple posted loved-up snaps together as they brought in the bells together, reports the Mirror.
Nicole seemingly hinted at the split earlier this week when she posted a cryptic caption on Instagram as she nodded to 'new beginnings'. The singer wrote: "Fresh start, new beginnings. The moment of surrender is not when life is over, it’s when it begins."
Nicole and Thom first met when the rugby player appeared as a member of the boy band Try Star on Celebrity X Factor. He was joined by fellow rugby players Ben Foden and Levi Davis.
Following the season finale of the ITV talent show, Thom and Nicole kept their romance under wraps for several months before going public with their relationship with a sweet Instagram post.
