Nicolas Raskin's transfer saga to Rangers seems to be closing in on an end according to reports in his homeland.

Michael Beale has picked up that interest and seemingly accelerated it, with reports that the Light Blues faced two bids knocked back for the want-away Standard Liege man.
It appears the tussle over potential fees is edging closer to an end as, according to DH les Sports, talks have progressed with both parties and an agreement with a fee of £1.75 million muted, plus a 20% sell-on clause has been agreed 'in principle'.
