Chelsea appear to be moving close to landing a striker this summer, as the Blues transfer window picks up pace. The west London side have already confirmed who they have released from their books this month, while a whole host of other players are set to depart from the club.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek appeared to say his goodbye on the final day of the season, while N'Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy and Hakim Ziyech could all be set for transfers to Saudi Arabia. It is expected that Conor Gallagher will depart the club this summer too, while Arsenal hold an interest in Kai Havertz and Romelu Lukaku's future also needs to be resolved. With plenty of business to do, Chelsea's efforts to land incoming players has not slowed either however.
It is expected that the arrival of Christian Nkunku will soon be announced, while efforts are being made to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton and there is interest in Romeo Lavia. The Blues have also been targeting a striker for the incoming Mauricio Pochettino, and a deal does not seem far away.
