Nicola Sturgeon has declared Scots have "the right to change their minds" on independence following the 2014 referendum.
The First Minister used a press conference in Edinburgh today to reveal the latest in a series of papers produced by her government which argues for ending the Union.
The SNP leader insisted that independence was the only way of protecting democracy in Scotland and claimed Westminster too often imposed policies which were rejected by a majority of Scots.
