Nicola Peltz-Beckham has revealed she "didn't get along" with Brooklyn Beckham when they first met, with her recalling that it was years later that they became "inseparable".
The actor, 27, and her husband, 23, had known each other for several years prior to tying the knot in April - with them understood to have begun dating towards the end of 2019.
And whilst they have seemed very loved-up in recent years, Nicola has admitted that they haven't always been close, with her recalling when they first met each other.
She said that they met through one of her brothers "five-ish years ago," with her commenting: "We didn't get along, we just didn't click. I had a boyfriend, he had a girlfriend."
Nicola - whose acting credits include the film Transformers: Age of Extinction and TV series Bates Motel - however told Tatler recently that she kept loosely in touch with Brooklyn.
Discussing their history, she said they met up once for dinner, though said he was a "friend but not a close friend" at the time. They later bumped into each other in October 2019.
"Then we ran into each other at a Halloween party two and a half years ago and I can't tell you what happened but from then on we were inseparable," she further commented.

The pair became engaged the following year, with their nuptials having then been held just under two years later - with Nicola saying she got to marry her "best friend".
Nicola revealed in the interview that her "happy place" is watching TV with Brooklyn and being with their dogs, Nala and Label. She teased: "We're like an old married couple".
The wedding ceremony - held in Palm Beach, Florida - was attended by the groom's parents David Beckham, 47, and Victoria Beckham, 48, as well as other celebrity guests.
The newlyweds have been on their honeymoon in St. Tropez recently, with them having shared updates with their followers on social media throughout the vacation abroad.
This included Brooklyn sharing footage of the couple hearing their wedding song - Can't Help Falling in Love - whilst spending some time together at a cafe on the trip.
