Nicki Minaj has shared her two pence in terms of the explosive argument between Chris Rock and Will Smith that overshadowed the Oscars on Sunday night.
The live, and A-list packed, studio audience and viewers watching at home were stunned when 53-year-old Will invaded the stage during Sunday night’s ceremony to slap 57-year-old Chris across the face after the comedian made a joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith’s hair.
It is unclear if Chris was unaware that 50-year-old Jada has been suffering from alopecia when he joked that she looked like “G.I Jane” – but the quip prompted Will to spring into action and, rather violently, defend her honour.
