Nick Reiner answered 'yes' to a judge while waiving his right to a speedy trial in Los Angeles on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, as he faces charges over the deaths of his parents, Rob and Michele Singer Reiner.

The hearing came hours after Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced that prosecutors would not seek the death penalty if Reiner is convicted.
