Irish superstar Niall Horan has sold his Mullingar home after putting the property on the market earlier this year.
The former One Direction singer bought the house for a bargain price of €565,000 over five years ago. The property was valued at €1.6 million during the boom.
It has six bedrooms and was purchased by the performer for his mother Maura so he would have somewhere to stay when he was home. He also has houses in Los Angeles and London, where he spends most of his time.

Niall's mansion was put up for sale in May 2022 for an asking price of €775,000. The Mullingar residence comes with ten acres of land and a heated outdoor swimming pool
The house has now gone 'sale agreed' just weeks after the home went onto the market, according to Murphy Gubbins Auctioneers. It is not yet known how much the house was sold for.
The auctioneers listed the house on Daft.ie and said: " This impressive residence provides a delightful opportunity to enjoy peaceful, private countryside.
"The property is presented in key condition and provides generous living space with well-proportioned rooms throughout."
