Niall Horan is worried he'll need a hip replacement in the future.
The 32-year-old singer - who had reconstructive surgery on his knee in 2014 - admitted the joints are already "going" and he fears they are only going to get worse as he ages because both his dad and his uncle have already gone under the knife more than once.
