The first of Stormont's new MLA intake have been confirmed on Friday afternoon.
The Alliance Party's Kellie Armstrong was the first of the 90 MLAs to get elected, topping the first preference poll in Strangford and has become the first candidate to get elected.
She received 7,015 votes - the vote quota for the Strangford constituency is 6,811.

Soon afterwards Danny Baker of Sinn Fein was elected in Belfast West with 9,011 votes. The quota is 7,278.
He was quickly followed by his party colleagues Gerry Kelly and Carál Ní Chuilín in Belfast North.
Mr Kelly won 8,395 first preference votes while Ms Ní Chuilín secured 7,943. The quota was 7,672.
Meanwhile, Sinn Fein vice-president Michelle O’Neill has been re-elected on the first count in Mid-Ulster.
Ms O’Neill was surrounded by party colleagues and supporters as the result was announced in the Magherafelt count centre.
She received 10,845 first preference votes. The result was greeted by large cheers in the count centre.
In the past few minutes, Alliance leader Naomi Long and the DUP's Joanne Bunting have been elected in Belfast East. Mrs Long topped the poll with 8,185 votes.
And Sinn Féin's Deirdre Hargey has just been elected in Belfast South with 9,511 first preference votes while her party colleague Declan Kearney was the first person elected at Newtownabbey count centre for South Antrim.
The DUP' leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has been elected in Lagan Valley with 12,626 votes - well above the quota of 8,506.
Verification and counting of ballot papers began at 8am on Friday.
The count is taking place at three count centres: Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast, Ulster University in Jordanstown and Meadowbank Sports Arena in Magherafelt.
More results will roll in throughout the day as the count progresses. It will be many hours - and perhaps even Saturday or beyond - before we know the final outcome.
