Britons have been urged to 'drink responsibly' to prevent A&Es across the UK becoming over-saturated, as ambulance workers prepare to strike.
The latest NHS advice comes as a warning to the general public ahead of Wednesday, when the National Health Service is likely to see major disruption as ambulance staff, including paramedics, control room workers and technicians walk out across England and Wales.
A Government minister has also advised that people avoid 'risky activity' and stay safe.
