Putting together a winning DFS roster is like hitting on an eight-leg parlay. You’ve got to be almost perfect and can hardly afford to have any misses in your lineup. Given the money you’re allocated, piecing together that roster can be really dang hard.
Here at Bet For The Win, we want to lend a helping hand. We’ll help you find the low-price, high-reward players that’ll help your roster building.
We’ve got 11 games this Sunday of Week 15 that should be entertaining and meaningful as the season winds down, and the race for the playoffs heats up. Ahead of the action, we’re here to help you find some good deals on players who could provide tremendous value for a low cost.
Here’s a look at some of our favorites.
Quarterbacks
Jared Goff – Detroit Lions ($7,300)
In his second year with the Lions, Goff is enjoying one of his better seasons as a pro. He’s slinging the ball all over the place and weapons like Amon-Ra St. Brown have made life easier for this Detroit offense. Look for Goff to continue playing well on the heels of his three-TD performance against the Vikings
Tom Brady – Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($6,800)
This hasn’t been a good return to football for Tom Brady, who retired during the past offseason. His numbers are down, the Bucs are bad and nothing about how the season has gone should provide any optimism that he’ll play well against a tough Bengals defense in Week 15. Yet, you always get the feeling that the next game will be the game where Brady snaps out of it, and I think that’ll happen as Joe Burrow comes to town. Also, Brady costing under $7,000 seems like something you just can’t pass up.
Running Backs
Cordarrelle Patterson – Atlanta Falcons ($6,300)
It’s been a while since the big-play back has found the end zone. However, Patterson’s still been productive in other areas, which could set him up for another big game against the Saints, like back in Week 1 when he rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown.
Zonovan Knight – New York Jets ($7,200)
RB1 for the Jets that sees a ton of volume. Don’t overthink this one.
Wide Receivers
Chris Moore – Houston Texans ($6,000)
It’s unclear if Nico Collins or Brandin Cooks will suit up for Sunday’s game against Kansas City, which opens up the door for Chris Moore to continue building on what’s been a career-best season. Playing against the Chiefs won’t be the greatest matchup for Moore, but perhaps he’ll see enough volume if Houston trails throughout and finds itself constantly in must-pass situations.
Zay Jones – Jacksonville Jaguars ($6,300)
By now, you should be aware of Zay Jones’s breakout season in 2022. He has Trevor Lawrence’s trust, which will prove to be big in a tough matchup against the Cowboys. The two have great chemistry going at the moment.
Tight Ends
Chigoziem Okonkwo – Tennessee Titans ($5,100)
Ryan Tannehill hasn’t been great this season but he’s given Okonkwo plenty of looks over the past couple of weeks and the tight end continues to deliver. Don’t be surprised to see him thrive against the Chargers on Sunday.
Greg Dulcich – Denver Broncos ($5,600)
You need Dulcich to find his way to the end zone, which he last did a while ago. However, he is a target hog, so he’ll have opportunities to produce against an Arizona team who doesn’t have much to play for.
Defenses
Carolina Panthers ($4,200)
With Mitch Trubisky taking snaps from under center for the Steelers, the offensive output probably won’t be great. Carolina is still playing for a shot at the NFC South championship, so expect the defense to be extra locked in for this one as they have been since getting worked by Cincinnati.
