Story update: The Denver Broncos did not make any trades on Tuesday. See our original post below.
The 2023 NFL trade deadline (2:00 p.m. MT today) is right around the corner, and we will be tracking Denver Broncos news and rumors leading up to the deadline on this page.
Broncos coach Sean Payton has said Denver is not actively shopping players, but that hasn’t stopped other teams from calling. Teams are believed to be interested in the following players, according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated:
- ILB Josey Jewell
- DB Justin Simmons
- CB Pat Surtain
- LT Garett Bolles
- WR Jerry Jeudy
- WR Courtland Sutton
The Broncos will not trade Surtain, but Denver might entertain offers for the other players listed above in an effort to acquire more draft capital for 2024. Here’s a look at the Broncos’ current order of picks for next year’s draft:
Round 1: own pick
Round 3: own or via Saints (Sean Payton trade)
Round 4: own or via Dolphins (Bradley Chubb trade)
Round 5: own pick
Round 5: via Jets (Jacob Martin trade)
Round 6: via 49ers (Randy Gregory trade)
Will the team have any more draft picks by 2:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday? We’ll be tracking every potential move on this page.

Report: Broncos expected to be 'relatively quiet' at deadline
From my understanding the #broncos, after how they've played the last couple of weeks, are expected to be relatively quiet today. Anything is possible, but with the direction the team feels they are heading, especially the turn on defense, this makes sense.
